Epinephrine is the cornerstone of treatment for anaphylaxis, which is a life-threatening
condition that requires rapid management. However, epinephrine administration can
have complications. We report a patient in whom accidental concentrated epinephrine
use for management of anaphylaxis caused severe myocardial ischemia.
